All of our refill kits and products are tested by us to meet or exceed
the original manufacturer. We at " ink
connection"
take great pride in the quality of the products that we manufacture. We
will gladly replace any product that has a defect.
Return Policy: All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Before any product can be returned it must have our RMA number. All products must be in their original packaging and must be in saleable condition and include a copy of the invoice. Some returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. There is no return of shipping charges. There is no refund or credit on special ordered products. No opened or partially used bottles of ink accepted.
